Yes, we do. It’s an essential part of our commitment to customer service. Call during business hours, 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Eastern time (and many times before or after) and you will get a real person. If you somehow reach our voicemail, it’s simply because we are spending a little extra time on the line with other customers who have had something unexpected come up. We will call you back as soon as possible, usually within 10 minutes.
